Return Eligibility
- We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product received is incorrect or different from the order
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- To request a return, customers must contact us with clear photos or videos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product used or damaged by the customer
- Request made after 48 hours of delivery
- Change of mind or personal preference
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer or store credit
Replacement
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by AAA SHOPIE.
